To make the colored slime as Nickleodeon and other wam producers use for gunge scenes, we just color it with food dyes or poster paints.

You can order the powder from chemical supply companies (we get it in 80 pound bags).....but get ready to open your wallet...cos it is pretty expensive stuff to buy.

It is totally harmless and biodegradable...i.e. easy to clean up afterwards....just turn a hose on it and it turns into soapy water and washes away....and it will not harm or discolor the hair or skin either. ......tell your models not to swallow it...cos this is the same chemical used to make LAXATIVE products too....ha ha..

If you use colored slime with clothings and want to save and re-use those clothings again....i.e. sneakers and light colored clothing.....have a bucket of warm water and some "Oxyclean" handy...cos you can wash it off clothes and it will not stain, so long as you clean the clothes within an hour and soak them in oxyclean etc.

Aside from being used for special fx slime by movie companies, it is also used to make sexplay products like KY jelly too.
