Well found! What it really needed was for the water to be thrown from both sides, and more accurate throwing! It must have been a one-off opportunity for those throwing the water, so they should have made the most of it!!

Click on one of the video feeds on the top of the page (56K or highspeed). It happens about 25 seconds into the clip, and isn't a complete soaking.
