In response to your question; About 12 years ago a Japanese girl calling herself "Shell S. Scheherazade" added pictures of herself getting wet in some of her costumes to her "Darkside" cosplay site. This eventually led to a whole "Wetscape" section of her site. It is still there. Here is the URL:

Click on the word "VISION" and then click one of the "ENTER" links. Once there, just click on the various numbered file links to see her wet pictures. Be sure to go back and try the other "ENTER" link, as they are two different sets of wet files.
