...cos what Suwammer did is totally legal and protected free speech under U.S laws.....cos "parody" is protected under the U.S. constitution....which is why you will find THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of parody videos of Batman, Superman, Star Trek, Hooters Girls...and a gazillion other costume character videos....cos dressing up in costumes (even if they are trademarked costumes) is considered parody and protected under the law.

The bigger issue here is....if this had happened in the USA....then you could file a big lawsuit against Youtube for violation of privacy rights....cos Youtube have violated your right to privacy....by giving your name and address and or ip address location, to the cops....and thats totally illegal in the USA. The cops cannot obtain your private information/address from a service provider like Youtube....unless they have a subpoena issued by a judge, and in order to get that subponea the cops have to have "just cause" that a crime has been committed. So...if you posted a video about how to commit terrorist acts....sure...the Authorities can get a subpoenia and get Youtube to reveal your private information and home address.....but in your case, there is no EVIDENCE that a crime has been committed....so the cops had no right to request your address...and Youtube had no right to reveal your address either. All Youtube have the right to do...is to respond to complaints and delete your account if they wish to...they do NOT have the right to violate your privacy and reveal your private home address or ip address to law enforcement authorities....not without "just cause" that they feel a crime has been committed...and a judge have issued a subpoena to authorize the violation of your privacy rights.

I think you are being way too "kind" with the way you were treated....cos if this happened to me...I would be looking for a lawyer to sue Youtube for violating my privacy rights.

Check the Youtube terms of service...I am sure it says that they have the right to remove videos where complaints are received....but it does NOT say that they have the right to to send your ip address or home address to law enforcement authorities...when there is no evidence that a crime has been committed and no subpeona order has been issued by a judge......

Anyway.....I just recently shot another "Wonder Woman" wetlook scene..........so if Warner Brothers send "Superman" to my house.....I will have the green kryptonite waiting for him.
