Or just use Tools -> Page info -> Media -> Click down to your image -> Save As...

Why people still use Internet Explorer ... I don't get it ... The less compatible and the most buggy browser on the market...

I'm using Firefox with Noscript active for Flickr and with AdblockPlus. Within the latter, I added a rule blocking "http://l.yimg.com/g/images/spaceball.gif". That's all.

I know this issue has been addressed before about spaceball.gif files on Flickr. It seems that all the suggestions mentioned on this forum no longer do the job, i.e., Flickr has caught onto these tricks. Any new solutions to eliminating those spaceballs? Some of these wetlook pictures are too good to pass up!
