I hve got still "3 downloads", but i clicked that link 5-7 times.

My login is "slawekl". I really don't know how to dowlnoad your file. I have no idea.

Hi Slawek, hmm... first of all it seems you still got the original CCBill letter and not the modified one so I will have to contact them to fix that but anyway, you are saying that your order is still pending??? where are you seeing that cos i just checked it out here:

and your order status is "Accepted" payment status "Paid" and the update has been downloaded 3 times, so I'm not sure if I can follow you or you are talking about a different order under a different username not the one placed at: Fri, 05 Mar 2010 16:07:26 GMT? or you just wanted to let me know what was happening before it didn't work?

 

BTW: the order was placed at 2010-03-05 16:07:26, and the confirmation from CCBill got in at 2010-03-05 16:09:26, so as you can see CCBill is fast on the confirmation as the 2 minutes difference also includes the time you took to fill out the form, so its usually almost instant.

 

Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Hi Slawek,

 

I may help you with your problem, CCBill usually confirms the payments pretty fast but there may be some lags time to time, anyway do you still have the same problem cos from my end it seems you were able to already download the update.

 

The system works like this:

1: You put the updates in your cart and select a username on checkout

2: after you place your order you will receive an email with the login information including a random generated password from our system

3: you will be redirected to CCBill to finalize the payments and once the system receives the confirmation from CCBill it will activate your order

 

The benefit of this system is that you don't have to remember Cart IDs anymore and you will be able to see all your orders at once in one place and also you are even able to order updates and pay them in a later date (like a wishlist).

"Your payment has not yet been confirmed!" - I see it when I'd like downolad a file (from wetlook adventure site).

I paid, cc-bill aproved my payment, I got  codes in email... so how long have I wait?
