Could you tell me more about this? Or mail us about your problem, so we can inform Alertpay about this.
It looks like they accept creditcards without any problem.
Which country are you from?
we can only use paypal when you mail us what you like to order and we can send you a money request.

By Phoenix - Wed 24/02/10 00:55:03 GMT Alertpay may work fine, but you are losing business thanks to it. Unlike Paypal it doesn't let you easily pay by credit card (at least in my country), which is the reason why I lately chose sites accepting cards via Paypal/CCBill/Mothership instead of Wetlook DVD - just didn't have the time to go through all the sending money from bank account process. |

By wetlookDVD - info@wetlookdvd.com Tue 23/02/10 19:02:29 GMT Website: www.wetlookDVD.com We had no problem since we've started in 2005. But last november they closed our account.
So if a producer still has paypal... it's just pure luck.
we've switched to Alertpay, which works fine.

By Graham (Styx) - Tue 23/02/10 15:40:28 GMT Styx has had 3 different PayPal accounts closed over the years, losing money every time. We gave up on them years ago. Complete wasters! |
In reply to Message (43248.1.1.1.1.1.1) Re:PayPal is not only crude to producers...
By Jürgen - Tue 23/02/10 08:27:56 GMT Yes, that's exact what some customers told me in the past. Their account had been closed without any explanation and the money has been lost!
We had the good luck to get our money back after six month of waiting. During this time I tried to contact PayPal and asked for the explanation and what we should have done wrong - no answer - nothing.
Sorry, we can not work with a payment provider like this.

By plonss - Tue 23/02/10 08:06:26 GMT For a reason I could never discover (upon questions PayPal kept sending me endlessly automated messages that did not touch the point) I was distrusted by PayPal and could not even get my money (luckily not much) out of their hands. I can't advice that payment system to anyone |
In reply to Message (43248.1.1.1.1) PayPal
By Jürgen - webmaster@ws-net.net Tue 23/02/10 04:31:00 GMT Website: http://crawler.ws-net.net I'm really wondering about those funny PayPal messages.
PAYPAL DOES NOT WORK TOGETHER WITH WETLOOK PRODUCERS!
Any Wetlook producer who uses PayPal and has a good incoming of money, will get on a very high risk to come into big trouble, because PayPal blocks those accounts and they freeze the complete amount of money for minimum a half year long. We had this situation already in the past. And I know that many other wetlook producers had the same problem.
So if you don't like this, please contact PayPal and tell them what's wrong with their business rules. This is really not our fault!
As it is written in our online shop rules, you can contact us any time to work out an alternative payment method. And as long as it is a low number of transactions, we even can work out a private PayPal payment. But this can not be installed on our website. We have to use a work around for this.
Sorry for my funny English and thank you for your understanding.

In reply to Message (43248) New wetlook HD videos
By Jürgen - webmaster@ws-net.net Mon 22/02/10 15:36:17 GMT Website: http://crawler.ws-net.net
Our new HD video online shop at Wetlook Crawler has opened with two top quality HD movies.
http://crawler.ws-net.net go to "Shop"
Each movie is available for download and on DVD disk (in DivX HD coding). The quality of the videos is really outstanding. To guarantee this top picture quality, the video on disk and the download video has been encoded at full HD data rate, in contrast to the widely used download HD (high resolution, low data rate). The quality is equal to a genuine BluRay HD recording.
Please, check out the video captures in our new online shop.
