I'm inclined to think it isn't. My parents never gave any indication of liking it. I discovered it when I was somewhere around five years old (long before I realized it was a sexual thing), and it came out of hose play with a neighbor girl of about the same age. (I suspect she and some other mutual friends like wetlook as well.)
