maybe the sample videos that start playing automatically cause the network to become slower when many people visit at the same time.

I just checked it out: for me the download speed is about normal again: around 300 Kbps.

This afternoon, I also noticed that there has been a short slow period, maybe due to heavy traffic, or maintenance of the network.

The speed sometimes varies according to the time of the day.
