This is a picture that was taken back in the 1960s at the Minirama attraction at Wisconsin Dells. For those of you outside the midwest US, Wisconsin Dells is a major tourist attraction here in Wisconsin.

FYI......the outfit looks like a "Li'l Abner" costume, and while the girl is not wet...and there were no wetlook scenes either of the 2 Li'l Abner films made in the 1940's and late 50's, there was an awesome wetlook Li'l Abner girl scene where Melody Anderson was dressed in that outfit, with pantyhose, in the 1982 tv movie "Ernie Kovacs - behind the laughter", where Jeff Goldblume pulls Melody into an inflatable kiddie pool.
