It worked for me, in high def mode (and I am in Florida, so it is not restricted to Germany only).
It is only the first 30 seconds that have wetlook.....a girl in a denim skirt goes in the water....there is nothing else to see in the rest of the video....but the hd quality of the stream is excellent.
If you are not able to view it I can run my screen capture program over the top of their media player and capture the wetlook bit and upload it to the Wambank.

What does you mean with other? The net speed? You can select 3 ways for the connection. If you have a modem selct the first radio button in the area "Bandbreite". Normaly you can select the second and if you have a high speed net, you can the select the last radio button. All these selection you can take also in a local net with router or so. To start the video click on "Übernehmen" with the orange circle.
