Just to make it 100% clear what Graham means (as I fell foul of it once), *trailing* spaces will cause the username/password to be rejected, so you have to be careful when copying and pasting them that you haven't also unwittingly picked up some spaces.

You must be patient. As the others have pointed out, some of us (except Leon and WetinRed) have to sleep sometimes :-)

I have reset your logon and emailed you. The reason that you got locked out is that you failed to cut and paste the username and password correctly (the same as everyone else who gets locked out). There are no spaces in usernames and passwords.

Thanks to everyone who tried to calm Louis down - we don't rip off anyone.

I bought a month of styxwetworld and i try to put my ?%#?%$ password they give to me and that dont work. I dont want to pay this for nothing. I try again and now im block to try put my password. What is happened !!! that is very complicated. I have a lot of difficulties in english. I can not call to the support. .... anyway
