The site where the mystery pic is located seems to be a stockphoto website of copyrighted images that does not allow direct linking or reference of files. One must first register (for free) and provide some contact information before access is allowed to the medium resolution photos with watermark. All photos are available for a price and can be purchased with a credit card.

It would help if you could tell us what key search words you were using when you found the photo in question.
