This is not an erotic picture and I was just stating forum rules - not my own opinion - in my opinion if porn is on a site (and this site allows links to porn sites) photos of minors (that is universally under 18 and not 16) shouldn't be - but that's a moral issue as these photos are not erotic and there for legal.
BTW: 16 for erotic pictures is contrary to popular belief NOT OK in most of Europe - the age restriction is 18. I think it once was 16 in the UK, but that changed and it was always 18 in most of Europe. As it is for drinking and smoking, only a few countries allow it at 16 (UK and Germany come to mind). So the differences are not as big as many people think. |

I know that 16 is acceptable in Europe for erotic pictures, but here in the USA, it might be better if the age were 18. Looking at those pics, there was nothing suggestive about those pictures, so I don't think there would be anything wrong with them. I know that Miley did do some more suggestive shots for Vogue, or some magazine like that, last year. I know that in the UK 16-year olds can drink in a pub if they order food with the drink, and they can legally smoke cigarettes; while in the USA, you must be 21 to drink and 18 to smoke. |
