I know that 16 is acceptable in Europe for erotic pictures, but here in the USA, it might be better if the age were 18. Looking at those pics, there was nothing suggestive about those pictures, so I don't think there would be anything wrong with them. I know that Miley did do some more suggestive shots for Vogue, or some magazine like that, last year. I know that in the UK 16-year olds can drink in a pub if they order food with the drink, and they can legally smoke cigarettes; while in the USA, you must be 21 to drink and 18 to smoke.
