I finally found a easier way to capture HDTV from my DVR to my PC at fullHD, so I have started to re-collect some of the old classic wam scenes in HD format as and when they broadcast them in in HD format, so as they were airing "Tommy" in HD this week I re-made the wetlook and messy scenes from that film as HD clips.

Each file is 80+ megs, and you will need a fast pc to play the clips smoothly cos they are encoded at 5mbps.
