Oh, Yes, this IS immediataly AFTER that boat scene.

This is the dress Julie andrews was weeraing when she was in the boat with the kids and it tipped over.

The other wetlook scene is the one in which the oldest girl

gets caught in the rain outside, after meeting secretly with her boyfriend.

Go rent the movie - you'll see that I'm right.

...but this is not the classic wet sequence which was when she was in the boat with the kids which spilled everyone into the water. She was wearing a dress which was most attractive when soaked.

That is Julie Andrews from the movie The Sound of Music, which I believe was made in 1965.
