It is potentially very dangerous to hold your breath for as long as you can whilst under water, especially if you are alone at the time. There is a risk of drowning even if you are only in shallow water. I strongly encourage people not to do this!

i saw a great dare where you go underwater with your clothes on and hold your breath as long as you can. so my idea is that we do the dare fully clothed underwater and film it. you can then put your clips and times on the reply page below to see who has got the best. if you cant take a clip or picture of your self to prove it you must describe it. i will try it next week. good luck
