I've been a short-term member of many wetlook- and wamsites. It's my habit to sign up and cancel almost immediately, so I don't forget to do it. I'd never expect my subscription to end before the term has ended, and never have encountered such treatment.
(To summarize: Yes, your expectation is both reasonable and common practice.) |

The site is OK but I wanted to cancel the auto-renew before the end of the month. I didn't realize that that would cancel my account effective immediately! I still had more than 2 weeks left on my paid subscription and just want the rest of my membership that I already paid for. I've sent them 2 emails and have had no response at all. I don't get it! Most other sites allow you to cancel the auto-renew subscription but keep the balance of the time you've already paid. Doesn't that sound reasonable? |
