CC Bill tends to act stupidly with Polish credit cards, unlike paypal and other payment processing systems. One time they kept rejecting my card with very strange error messages, and when I enquired they said it didn't go through because it was a Polish card and an IP adress from Austria. A few months later the same card went through on a computer in Tennessee... so I guess they don't take their own rules seriously. Also my American credit card has always gone through from Poland.
