Technical it's possible, but water is one of the hardest stuff to do. VFX in Hollywood can do this, so computer games will follow. |

By Poliut - Tue 24/02/09 00:17:50 GMT Is there anyone that's ever tried making wetlook images using computer modeling programs? I know a lot of programs can make models that are extremely realistic and detailed in terms of appearance - both shape and texture. It could be a pain to pull off the "wet look" of clothing, especially if it's something that's partially wet (probably even moreso with CGI videos), but it could expand another avenue for the expression of wetlook, not to mention the added possibilities that it generates. |
