Saving webshots: Firefox + add-on "cacheviewer"; use "Clear Private Data" just before being on the photo page of the large format to have a clear list in "cache viewer"

Hello wetlookfriends!

I have a problem with saving pics from webshots. Normally I brought them on full size to copy them! But now there is often an announcement saying "This picture may only be saved by friends". What is that and what can I do? Does anybody of you have experience with it? Thanks for you help.
