I watched an interesting turn of events today. A woman in a business suit/skirt and black slingback heels was near a fountain and took off her shoes to get her feet wet. She held the shoes by the straps and proceeded to walk in the fountain ( there were others in there as well but not in their street clothes). As the water got deeper she pulled her skirt up but the shoes hung down and eventually they filled with water. Her friend yelled to her and she quickly pulled them out but they were completely wet. She and her friend laughed and then she just slipped the shoes on and continued wading around the water. She only got wet up to her waist and then she exited. It appeared to be accidental that she got her shoes wet but it reminded me of Leon's streetsplash episodes. I think this was better because it didn't look staged. Wish I had a camera with me
