I thnink it was early this year april or may. They wear long jeans to keep them warm. I do this myself once. It was Springtide so we had to swim sometimes (Thank god for this). I was wearing jeans to, but more as protection against the jellyfish, and because I like wet jeans.

I had been to holland several times. And now I know some more reasons why.I like the sea and the people. Sometimes you hear that dutch people don't like germans (I'm german) but for me, I can't say that. (And some germans, I don't like them too :-) It's a great country! Always we had a lot of fun there.

What I'm wondering about is that the people in the wadlopen video wear long throusers/Jeans. I had the Idea to went to a wadlopen event with (long) jeans, but then I thought that I may be the only person with jeans there. I haven't been to a wadlopen event. Is it common to wear jeans, as shown in the video? I assume not, because I haven't found more videos like this one. But next time I will go there. I could have forgotten my shorts :-)
