I just tried the hotlink from my post and got the icon graphic you referred to. I think see what happens here. When I preview the links in my post to make sure they all work, I'm still hotlinking from my own computer. CNPICS knows my computer and lets the hotlink to a specific JPEG go through. Hotlinking through a website doesn't work. I'll have to remember that and not post from CNPICS; which is a shame, because I get lot of good stuff from there.

No, I get a little icon graphic (a rectangle) almost right away. My normal browser is Firefox. I just tried MSIE and got the same result.

Not a biggie. I enjoyed the rest of the pictures.

Hmm. Sometimes (most times) the CNPICS server can be really slow. I know they don't have a "hot link" to their pics problem, maybe try another browser. They work in MAC's Safari. You might try Firefox if IE isn't working.

Absolutely missed you. In fact, the other day wondered where you were. Terrible when sources "dry up."

I couldn't open any of the cnpics, either by clicking or cutting-pasting.

It's been almost three months since I've posted. (Did you miss me?). My usual sources have been a little dry lately, but I have still been looking and thinking about you guys. I "lost" one of my good sites recently, I suddenly started getting a "FORBIDDEN" warning telling me I can't access the site "on this server" whatever the heck that means.
