Can you say, "litigation...? No, seriously. For some reason in the US there seems to be a massive hangup about parties such as this,

especially when alcohol is involved. An all out party that would be typical in Europe would be shut down in minutes by local

authorities and the venue would be likely handed a cease-and-decist order asap. The parents and neighbors would go ballistic.

Even at an annual, local fetish event that I usually

attend, I'm actually somewhat of an 'anomally' when I venture into the club's hot tub in full fetish attire. Pretty odd considering that

less than 10 feet away is a mostly naked woman being mercilessly flogged whilst tied down on a rack. Hmmm... ^__^

Why are these kind of parties only in Germany or other parts of Europe? Why are there no such pool parties in the US?
