"contester cette decision" means that you can try to contest this decision by hitting this button, and "retour sur Forumactif.com" enables you to go to the start page of the platform called "Forumactif", the former home of now homeless french fellows.

Along with it are 2 buttons labeled "contester cette decision" and "retour sur

Would clicking on either of these buttons be a vote in support of the site owner?

My knowledge of French is very limited so want to be sure before I do anything.
