That is both strange and oncredibly cool looking at the same time! I would guess that even more people tha usual will want to wade out to take a closer look at it. Unless the Navy doesn't want people touching their "submarine"...

No kidding, no play of words; the Navy have put a submarine in the middle of the fountain ! I'm not sure that people will want to go wading in there anymore now ?
