Ordered and downloaded pics from Wetlook Australia. They downloaded to a zip folder. Opening folders it looks like pics are there. But, when double clicking to open, nothing happens. When doing a View and click Thumbnails, no image of pics appears. Also get "unknown compression method" when trying other things. Anybody else had this problem? Wrote the an email expressing problem last night and still no answer from them.
