If you want to post a Flickr link, add a space somewhere in the URL. This forces the forum users to copy and paste it, and that thwarts the Flickr users ability to see where the photo is linked.

When someone posts a link to a picture on Flickr, can the picture owner see where the link came from? I know that in the past the owner didn't see this information. On a link I posted a few years ago the picture owner was wondering where all the hits came from. On a link I posted yesterday apparently the picture owner found this site and replied asking that the link be removed (the picture has been locked up as well). One other one is also locked. What about Webshots and Photobucket?
