It was drawn in the late 1960's and is from Wetfan's collection of wetlook. I just thought it might be of interest to those who just returned from this year's festival. There are others as well that will be added to a new scrapbook I am creating for Wetfan's Albums.

Wait until you see the letter that was written to Wetfan in 1970 giving great detail of wetlook in the Trafalgar Square Fountains on election night!
