Perfect example of someone who has never run a business and has "no business" running a business. Everyone is right, the site hasn't changed in years. I also thought it was a dead site.
You blame the customers for no business. That would be really hillarious if it weren't so tragic. When you think of your prospective customers like that you will never sell a thing. Some of the huge sites give away huge amounts of free stuff. They study and learn new technology to keep up. These are the sites that are so successful and make all the money. That is what is known as competition. If you are unwilling to do this you will get kicked to the curb. I have criticized a few of the other sites. I am a photographer and had a few constructive criticizms and suggestions. One of these idiots wrote me a very nasty note to mind my own business. I wouldn't buy off him if it were free. So, go ahead and piss off your customer base. My suggestion is that if you ever try to start another site make sure you change your name and attitude because you will NEVER SELL ANYTHING the way you are. |

Website: http://www.thejeanpool.com/ I've been offering memberships and other items this week at half price and there have been no sales. None, nada, nothing. In fact, the site never makes money so I'm thinking of shutting it down. Why should I pay for hosting when people just want to freeload? By the way, the domain name will not be for sale. But when current memberships expire I'm not going to continue paying for the site when nobody buys anything.
People bitch about the lack of new material but the reason for that is simple: no money to produce new material. So it's FUCK YOU to the freeloaders.
