Well as mentioned above if you can't make your mind up (as I couldn't) which format to buy, then buy the Sony DRU500A DVD drive. Yes it does cost a little more but it will write both formats at up to x4. I must admit that so far I have only really use -R as the disk are so much cheaper and easier to come by, but then again what ever you buy, in a couple of years it will be out of date as so many new formats are currently in development. |

I am thinking of getting a DVD burner,I need to know whether to go for DVD R+ or DVD R- as the local PC world didnt convince me one way or the other. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
