I was in College in the 1990's when I took a swimming/Life saving class. I was a senior looking to finish out my requirements but most of the students were either Freshman or Sophmores. Part of the class was learning to swim fully dressed, that included shoes, shocks, pants/dress and shirt. Almost everyone had the same outfit on, Jeans/Sneakers and an old shirt but two girls forgot that the drill was set for the day we were doing it. The first one was a Sophmore, very prettyand thin with long red hair (don't recall her name now). She came out of the lockeroom dressed just as she had arrived from work. She worked for a theme family resturant down the street and was dressed in a short heels, black knee skirt, and a white see through shirt that when wet clung to her like a glove. The second girl I knew fairly well, she was a rocker girl named Sara. Short black hair, a bit round but all in the right places. I remember her more because I she came out dressed like my dream. Dark Blue Jeans with flare over knee boots with that great platform that was in style then with a clunky heel. She had a green form sweater on that was thing and clingy.

Both girls were given the chance to do the drill at a later date and both decided to go in as is. I got to walk Sara back to her dorm room dripping as she went. On the way back her denim jacket became soaked throuhg because of her drenched sweater.

It was the best sighting I ever had!

Lifesaving classes?

As you may know from my infrequent posts here (or from reading my blog), I'm a writer of wetlook stories. I'm currently working on a storyline which involves the female character being turned on to wet clothes when a boy she has taken a fancy to is forced to do a school swimming lesson in his football kit, having forgotten to bring his swimming gear. As this never happened at my school (believe me, I tried!) I was wondering if anyone had experienced similar in real life? Did you have a sadistic swim coach who forced someone in your class into the pool in their gym kit, or even normal clothes? How did they - and the rest of the class - react?

I'd also like to hear about your experiences of lifesaving classes. Did you have to dive in the pool in your pyjamas to rescue a brick? Again, this is something that never happened to me, but everyone seems to know a "friend of a friend" who had to do it.

In the interests of decency, we'll assume that all involved were 16 or over at the time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
