Just use Firefox browser with the DownloadHelper add on installed in your browser.
I just tested it on that site and it works perfectly.

Does anyone know how to save these Russian FlashPlayer movies? (Ideally on a Mac, but clues as to how you do it on a PC or in Firefox would help).
