Realplayer Version 11 Beta is the bomb! It plays just about any format including flv. It also has a download icon that appears above a video when you are playing it that lets you download it with one click. You can download it from cnet.com

I just downloaded the Youtube videos of those girls raindancing, and can't play them (Windows media Player can't play them). Is there a program or something that lets you convert the youtube format to Windows Media Player?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
