If she not adverse to food substances then start out with something like custard, fairly cheap to buy in large quantities.

If she's a bit squeamish about foods (as indeed my wife is with some things...) and as you're in the UK, you could buy a 'gunge kit' from here:-

Hi all!

My girlfriend has agreed to try the whole wet and messy experience! I'm over the moon and cant wait to cover her in gunge then wash it all off. Only problem I've got is, I don't know what substance to use to play in or what to wear? It's her first time and I want to make her enjoy it so it happens again.

Has anyone got any advice or tips?
