Yes I'm in the GTA, and there's moire then one reason the billing is not in canadian as the Canadian dollar is not as good as the american dollar ( more return on the he dollar)
and Second about 85 to 90 percent of the members are American and only 4 are canadian
So it's all about Business my friend Business
Other canadian sites are billed in american as its the stronger dollar.. example www.canadianassman.com which is owned by a freind of mine Uncle D hes in the GTA as well and also bills in American
