Watching or loading? Does the black bar move forward to a red bar quickly?

I always have problems while watching when several browser-windows are opened. The more system memory is used by (other) programs, the more are videos getting slowly or paused every few seconds (completely and quickly loaded before). It's always that problem with flash-videos (FLV, SWF ... ). Even the FLV-player doesn't work well with saved files when system memory is used up to more than 50-60%. Really bad are the pages of MyVideo and MySpace, I can only watch paused pictures - besser just save file and close window. But playing saved files in the latest version of VLC-player is no problem, even if system is working in background and using all available memory. I think the problem is the FLV-plugin (browser) and FLV-player.

i seem to have a problem with you tube, it takes forever to watch the smallest clip.

This has only started in the last few days, any clues.
