Michael,

IrfanView is very good at making thumbnail galleries complete with HTML pages and the like. You DO have to keep an eye on which directory you point the output thumbs to and the page's title and name but it does most of the work for you. Plus, its FREE and updated somewhat often! :) Combine that with WS_FTP LE and you're on your way.

hi, I needed some help I guess!

working on my webpage I uploaded the pictures as they are (80-someK), but it takes an eternity to open every single page. anyone got an idea how I can work with thumbnails and where to get an idiotproof thumbnail-program to work with?

I appreciate any idea...
