I know the series, but I do not have the scene you mention.

The only scene I have ....is the one where actress Bess Armstrong is reading the news, wearing a pink business suit, and she keeps getting hit with pies and water buckets.

I do not know how to find other episodes of this series. It was cancelled 20 years ago. Try Ebay or video collectors sites.
