It's a total fake, and I the accompanying text is complete nonsense.

It looks to me like this guy composited about a half-dozen elements from various images into this one... the "two bridesmaids" are obviously from leon's shoot.
OK, maybe this is a valid example of composing a shot and "framing", but no camera ever saw this scene as it appears. I wonder what esoterics laws of physics this "photographer" was able to exploit by duplicating Charlotte and having her pose beside herself without stepping away from his computer and certainly without ever meeting her face to face.
By the way, the splashed bride in the other pic in his gallery appears to be one of leon's "street splash" series.

This guy claims in the write-up the two "bridesmaids" are his own work. They sure look like your sample pictures of Charlotte to me....
