I saw this video on MTV years ago, back when they played videos regardless of what people wanted to see. I believe the show was Rock Videos That Don't Suck. To get to the point, the video in question is Ozzy's No More Tears, which featrues a girl in a red dress sitting in a chair as the room slowly fills with water. It's a big file, but worth the wait. As an added bonus, the song's really cool too. I found it on Kazaa, but it's propably available on any fileshare server.
