Look out for the CW series Hidden Palms. The promotional write up in my local TV section mentions that the lead (teen) actress has a habit of running through lawn sprinklers late at night. Presumably at least partially clothed, although there's no specifics in the promo.

The official website at the moment might disappoint--the only clothed wetlook is partial, and more important (for some of us at least) is of the male lead (again, teen). The females are bikini clad.

But we can always hope for improvement.
