Some thoughts . . . until summer

With winter here, there is little chance of any new photography, until summer, which is two months away

However, I have a few reflections to share with the regulars on the forum. . . . and this will hopefully inspire some creative work in the near future.

As long as she has a drop of water on her body, a woman is not quite naked. Covered in water, she appears to be covered by the sheerest, most fluid of garments. Stepping out of a body of water, she is momentarily covered with a transparent membrane; standing in a shower or waterfall or dam, or just in the rain, she might be behind frosted glass. You can see her, but not quite. Immersed in water, her flesh is supported, corseted. Its as if she is wearing something that manages to be both suggestive and flattering. There is no doubt about it. . . . being clothed . . . and covered in water, a woman looks good!

This is a tribute to all the women who have modelled for this, and in particular Tyra and Nadine, for their outstanding work, in the `wet-look` style of photography. Keep up the excellent work. . .
