We were at a party the other night and this came up..

..It was suggested that the cutting and ripping was a good way to clean out the closet of outdated wardrobe items

I think people feel that it may be more erotic when clothes get ripped or messy, in addition. I may be going out on a limb here, but a purist would prefer just wetlook or messy. If you are involved with the girl (or guy, depending on your preference), if may lead to more and that's where it may come in. I knew a girl that really enjoyed having her clothes ripped off after a WAM experience. JMO

I have to agree, ripping is complete turn off as with messy, can't seem point in ripping, stripping yes

how I see it is that clothes can always be worn again and if lovely day, keep on wet clothes until dry

Hello there,

Just a simple question, please tell me, why you think that clothes ripping, shoe burning etc. is so closely associated with Wetlook sites. It is after all neither Wetlook nor Messy. I am sorry but I just do not understand the link to why many fans of Wetlook and WAM are so keen on ripping. My only thought is that if you consider WAM as a way of destroying clothes then I suppose this is another way to do the same. It certainly can be cosidered very sexy in some instances but 'Wetlook' no.
