There are numerous web pages, where you can download youtube videos. For example http://vixy.net can convert them to DIVX for you.

I watched my first youtube wetlook videos here at the library in Las Vegas. I am unable to watch videos on my computer at home, since I am stuck on AOL dialup. On the positive side, videos show moving action. On the negative side, the resolution is extremely low. After having seen what online videos look like, I prefer still pictures. The higher resolution more than makes up for the lack of motion. Especially for seeing the detail of wetness, high resolution is a huge plus. I can't comment on sound, since the library computers don't have speakers.
