Hi,
I must tell you are a lucky man :-D you have a beautiful girlfriend and she is getting wet for you in lycra clothes !!
I'm looking forward to see more of her in wet bike shorts or 3/4 leggings and t-shirt tell her that she has a perfect body, so she musn't be shy wearing lycra
SA girls are very pretty and when I was visiting Cape Town, I saw many girls swimming in clothes at the sea. Some of them had bike shorts on ... but unfortunately I had no camera with me :-D
