By Russ - Mon 26/03/07 02:58:27 GMT Thinking of adding an in-ground pool to our backyard. People are telling me how bad of an investment it is, and all I can think about is how great it would be to have one.
One of the things they're saying that scares me is how much my homeowners insurance will go up. I'm going to ask my agent, of course, but is it really that bad? What other things do I need to worry about? I hear my electricity costs will go up an average of $60 (averaged out over the year). It's only going to be 30' by 12' due to utility easement limitations in my yard.
Thanks
