I know two places. One is the Riverwalk, a really cool park on the riverfront where they have a scale model of the Mississippi River. That's fun to visit anyways. It's a fountain several blocks long shaped like the river. You won't see much wetlook there probably, except people maybe wading--it's very shallow. Heres a pic (not mine--just something I found on Webshots):

But it ends at a pretty deep pool where they have paddleboats. I was there on a hot day and really wanted to get wet, so I just ignored the "No Swimming" signs and jumped right in that pool with my long jeans and long sleeve dress shirt. Oh yeah--also at the end of the riverwalk is a big fountain jet in one of those pools. It was very windy the day I was there, so I waded out a bit into that pool and got completely soaked again in that fountain spray. Here's a picture of it I found: (Be sure to read the caption!)

Apparently there's a good fountain at the University of Memphis.

But the best place by far is the fountain by the Civic Center. It's right by the streetcar tracks. It's hard to park closeby, but it's worth the effort.

After my dip at the riverwalk, I went in this fountain and had a really good time.

I'm gonna be going to Memphis, TN in April and was wondering if there were any places to either see some wetlook or possibly get wet myself. Thanks in advance
